Energy Release and Repose Session
In this encounter, the Guidee speaks out and freely releases issues, worries, and complaints, just as they are felt at that moment. Sometimes, it is necessary that someone listens to us attentively, and allows us to express our discomfort without feeling judged, scrutinized, or exposed. Once the emotional state is brought to a healthy degree of understanding, the Guidee receives “Beams of light” in the form of words of motivation that are soothing and refreshing.
Once we express the stress, it is possible to relax and approach the issue from a new perspective, in a calmer way, and also, to trust that a solution is possible. There is always something that can be done. Several tools are given to practice and to be used in moments of confusion and stress.
